EXPLOSION OF POWDER MILLS.—We deeply regret to state that the Powder Mills of Mssrs. Waterhouse & Bowes, situated four miles west of Raleigh, exploded on Monday morning about 10 o’clock, killing four men and destroying about 2000 lbs. of  powder.  The names of the killed are Matthew Moneyhoon, Young Riggs, Albert Warren, Wm. H. Struce.  One man was slightly wounded in the hand.  The explosion was entirely accidental, and is supposed to have taken place in the granulating apartment.—Raleigh Register.
